	Most likely its the internal switch. Are you running halogens?

	you should buy a broken IPAC from a Discovery or a Sport and use that. I would try to insert an LED that illuminates the Speedo dial to RED when its engaged.

	I had the same problem as described , I ended replacing my Cluster. Mine came back to life when tapping the plexiglass or hitting it from the top. I think mine had a loose connection somewhere.
