I've current have Wipac crystals, are these a direct replacement, ie would I need to change any wiring and/or brackets?

You'd just need to swap the bezels from your current headlights to the new ones, then they are plug and play. They may need adjusting in the usual way after fitting, but no electrical or other mods are needed. This true for most if not all of the LED headlamp complete unit upgrades.
