2007 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Keswick Green
Puma exhaust.
Does anybody know if the exhaust pipe from the cat to the centre box is mild or stainless steel. It is magnetic but so is the new stainless exhaust Iam going to fit.

Mine looks like galvanized steel. The rear most section, behind the rear wheel looks like stainless.

There are different types of stainless steel alloys, and the 400 series are magnetic. They are also not that stainless, so do expect rust stains on it. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
