first photo sums up this country ........
china builds hospital in 4 days. takes 4 months here to get a pot hole in the road filled and then another 4 months come back to do the one next to it !! I see Birmingham roads got into the papers recently for being in such a state and Amey being fined £55M for allowing them to get into such a shambolic state. either the buffoons are suffering from the Corona virus or they're avid 'green laners' - you need a 4x4 these days to pop to the local shops |

My next door neighbour was in lock down at the hotel in Tenerife... he returned home today.
He’s the kind of guy who cuts his hedges and doesn’t sweep the path or road, so it all blows in neighbours gardens. Gutted. If you’re under 55 years old, not been to China or Italy, you have more of a chance of winning the lottery, than dying of Covid 19. Move along, nothing to see here. |

Went to local Sainsburys today and found they are rationing Panadol and Ibuprofen.
Now that's a real headache. Newly single and no longer young, I want to go out and meet women of my own age before we die from Coronavirus. Trouble is, they've been told to stay at home and avoid physical contact. I think I will try to catch it soon. Then, if I die or survive, either way I won't have to spend the rest of the bloody year sitting at home worrying about catching it. |

Should have said, what really concerns me is how the World Economy is going to be affected. This could have major ramifications for all of us, most of whom (hopefully!)will not be affected by the virus itself, ...of course, I hope I'm wrong.

I've heard that a amazon employee has caught corona virus now. Does that mean if you order it within the next hour you will have it by tomorrow?
