Table of service ???

Would it be a good idea to have some sort of table listing all dealers in region areas and a facility to rate them on specific areas such as customer service , value for money etc from 1-10, would seem helpful to all members and would also mean people would not be afraid about rating dealers as they would only be giving them a score and not leaving and derogatory remarks that could be a legal minefield , is this something that people would feel of use ? comments please.

Hopefully Martin will be along to say if this is feasible or too much work for him to implement, as we all know how valuable his time is and appreciate that we would not be here if it was not for his hard work to date.
