The positive wire from the battery should have the inline fuse wired in as close to the battery as you can.
Then from the fuse the wire needs to be crimped into one of the red connectors on the switch. You then crimp the live wire from the volt meter and sockets into the other red connector. The negative wires from the meter and socket can be joined together and connected to the negative wire from the battery. |

If you want the connection to last I would replace the crimp connectors with normal spade connectors and solder the joint. Have used the crimp connectors before and the wire often works loose.

Hi Stacey. Do you want the volt gauge to be on at the same time as the USB ports are active or separately?
With that switch you could have either; 1) USB charger and volt gauge on, or 2) USB changer on or volt gauge on. Looks as if you have a double pole double throw switch there so either of the above is possible. Wiring diagram attached. Click image to enlarge |
