[For Sale] SOLD Defender Td5 90 Hard Top Refurbished

Hi All, Please see below my reluctant sale of my newly refurbished Td5. I need the funds hence the sale - if I could keep it, I certainly would. I am keen to sell but I am not going to give it away as I know how much I have just spent on it! Any more details - please ask

I searched high and low for the right vehicle in 2017 settling on an Oslo blue county from John Craddocks that had obviously been a farm vehicle but was the right spec and I knew I could improve it.

2003 90 Hard Top County Td5
107,500 miles (averages out at 6,700 a year so low enough)
Oslo Blue (fantastic colour)
County spec so includes colourcoded arches + roof, central locking and electric windows
Not full history, I knew this when I bought it but knew I would be changing everything that was important.
Brand new MOT with no advisories - MOT tester couldn't believe how good it was!

Performance:
BAS remap
Twisted full exhaust
New standard intercooler
EGR blanking kit
Genuine new take off springs and dampers
New discs and pads all around (did this when I bought it)
New brake pipes
Brand New BFG All Terrains on ETO steel wheels from 4x4tyres
Lockstops adjusted for best turning circle

Exterior:
Full professional respray in original Oslo Blue
Newer body panels include Puma front doors, Puma Roof and Puma rear tub with bulkhead delete
New door hinges alround
New window blocks and bonnet hingers
New stainless pins for bulkhead flaps
Stainless exterior fixings
Colour coded grilles and mirror backs
Upgraded bulbs and bowls
Clear side indicators front and rear
Genuine take off rear lights
Rear cross member didn't look amazing so new one was fitted and painted gloss black with new mud flaps
Take off front bumper painted gloss black
Ian Dixon Fabrication rock sliders and steering guard
Chassis was steamcleaned then undersealed in Waxoil - Chassis was in good nick but wanted it protected
Lightbar hidden behind lower grille on genuine switch
Repowdercoated chequer wing tops

Interior:
Soundproofed under the front rubber mats
Soundproofed behind the rear carpeted side panels (bought from LRI)
Raptor sprayed in the rear load area
Rear speakers added
Upgraded headunit and front speakers with bluetooth/USB and DAB functionality
Original seats refitted (I do have a set of Puma XS seats which a deal could be done on)
New door catches
Genuine new door seals and other seals after paint
Genuine rear door card (old one was grey so looked old fashioned)

Hi LR Sam, stunning Defender, great job, I only wish i hadn’t spent so much on my old 300, if i had the dosh I’d take it in a heartbeat,
