pitting...
...on the alloys,not good as it's only 7 months old,off to the dealers,anyone else noticed a rash on there's ? 2.4 90 XS

No not all, Mrs Grockle uses it more than I ,drives very consideratly to man and beast. 2.4 90 XS

I'm in the same boat as you Grockle: Mrs 110SEB drives the Tank more than me and generally drives smoothly! There are no pit marks on our alloys. We cannot be accused of cleaning them religiously either.

Perhaps the pitting might be caused by a bad batch of alloys being vulnerable? I think a call to the dealers would be in order.
