Transfer box identification help needed!

My transfer box failed 40 miles into a 3 week holiday in France..... Big Cry
Car and us now back home so time to get the repairs underway.

I looked at the Ashcroft website and they have a great video on where to find the serial no etc.

My problem is the serial no on mine does not seem to follow the same pattern.

I have attached a photo.. can anyone decifer this?

Should have said its a 2011 2.4 Puma 110...

Looks like 81D suffix G to me, which tallies with their website.
