try First Four or Devon 4x4 down in the south west if you want QUALITY or Equipe 4x4 where my rear and front hitch came from, having said that my 2" on the front is part of the galv steering guard which is a nifty solution

If you have a winch bumper already then maybe the D44 front receiver mount might work.

That would probably bolt to the bottom of my winch plate. It is probably a little too heavy duty (and expensive) for what I need, I wonder if there are any others?
The US ones are only about £50ish. |

Nope that Devon one is too big it fits on the bolts that go into the winch feet. My winch it fitted feet first so it wont work.

I've just bought one of these;
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/American-Motorho...2749.l2649 I might trim down the mounting plate a bit and possibly remove the safety chain eyes, But think this should do the job. Fitting a tow hitch on the front will alow me to couple up my transporter trailer to the front and use the vehicle winch, rather than fitting a seperate winch on the trailer. |

Just had a look, they're still twice the price of the Ebay one i've just bought, i'd still have to cut them down anyway as they're designed to fit to the winch bolts, however my winch is feet first.
I might get one of their rear 2" receivers though as then i'd only need one tow hitch to carry around. |
