The install looks really neat but I can't help but feel that you've just given yourself a great view of your spare wheel

What were you expecting?
"The Hanging gardens of Babylon ?
Herds of Wilderbeast sweeping majestically across the lawn?" Very Happy
(Sorry couldn't resist a bit of Fawlty towers)

The view is exactly what "She who must be obeyed" wanted and it is so much better than the weird angle you get from the numberplate light.
It works really well as a parking aid.

As the spare is the furthest part back of our truck.
Of course the parking sensors being fitted next week will help further Confused "Of Course, Of course, I ain't asking . I'm telling!!"

^ Looks a good view to me?

Unsure what view you would want to see other than where the back of your car / tow bar is...

Given where you are parked looks like the urban jungle... Maybe he was expecting this view Smile

Thumbs Up

Very droll Laughing

If it were me, I think I'd try for an offset view to get a better look at the tow ball. Darren

Darren,
I tried the offset view by mounting the camera under the number plate light but the view is really weird and not helpful.
Perhaps Stacey007 could put a picture up as his camera is in the same place. "Of Course, Of course, I ain't asking . I'm telling!!"

That looks really neat - does the screen/mirrore just clip onto the existing mirror? How does it effect the sun visors as the ones I,ve looked at before are too wide for them to fold down.

Cheers Cheers
