Raising the cubby with a factory fitted sub

I am looking at fitting a mud under cubby draw however have a factory fitted sub. I realise if I went for the slider I would need to extend the wireing however was wondering if there would be enough slack in the harness to fit the hinged version without modification?

I am looking at fitting a additional fuse box in there and one among other items running a couple of work lights off the rear. Are there any good factory style switch mounts people can recommend I can fit somewhere near the rear door?
