Rear mud flaps
How are the rear mud flaps attached to the body?
It looks like my right one is attached only at the top left corner and the right corner is hanging loose...

Guessing a 90 or you'd simply compare sides ??? (I drive 110 where it's symmetrical) Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants...

His profile says 2003 90 TD5 XS.

The rear mud flaps are attached to the underside of the crossmember with three bolts which go into captive nuts.

If the crossmember has corroded (very common at the corners where the mud flaps are) the captive nuts can fall out, causing the mud flaps to come loose and hang by the inner bolts only.

Thank you for all your help... I am wondering what would happen if I remove all four mud flaps?

Lots of spray. Removing fronts would lead to a horrendous amount of spray up the sides. Rears less of an issue for you, just others that cop it. I really need to put my rears back on....

I don't have any mudflap, I loose them off-road anyway. And I doubt mudflaps help to keep my 90 clean. Twisted Evil

The rear mudflaps are held in by captive rivnuts. Bit of a pig to replace and you need a rivnut gun. Pretty cheap.

Pm me if you want any further help with it
