engine swap

i have a 2003 td5 53500 miles,stage 4 alive tune,looking for advice on how to go about putting it up for sale,would it be better to brake it down ie sell the clutch,gearbox,engine and tune package separate,or try and sell as a package,i know what the tune package cost me but what would the rest be worth?

[valeo flyweel and megasquirt 6 paddle clutch fitted the same time as the tune about 5000 miles ago]
