1998 Defender 90 V8 Petrol 50th Auto Atlantis Blue
[For Sale] SOLD Defender lowering springs
Defender 90 lowering springs, these were on my 50th when I bought it but the whole suspension has now been changes to Twisted set up.

The invoice for the springs is dated JAN 2015 and they came off the car in September, I think in that time they had done about 200 miles.

The invoice states -2 inch drop.

Original invoice is £240 looking for £100

Thanks

Phib

I am afraid I don't know the spring rates, the only thing I can deduce is that they are 15% stiffer than normal ( hence the markings on the top)

Effectively they just reduced the body roll when I had them fitted and made the 90 handle better

I have the invoice but it just states lowering springs, I can try the dealer who sold them if that helps

Not to worry, I you are looking for a softer set up, I would chance the shock not the spring.

I have been through Bilstein, Koni, Fox etc and the best that seem to work with lowered springs are the standard (original part) land rover units.

Vast improvement on normal but doesn't rattle your teeth. But it depends what you are looking for

Sorry no, that's collected or postage extra.

They are pretty much brand new we're on the car 6 weeks I think
