GPS Antenna
Not for the defender, but you guys tend to know things!

I need a gps antenna I can mount underneath a plastic bumper...eg the stickey fixing is on top and it works under plastic

I've seen loads that can be placed under plastic, but all that are stuck on something, with a plastic dash above it.

I need to mount one for the motorhome and I think under the front bumper is the only real place. Mike

Why do you need to mount an external antenna for your GPS?

Mounting the GPS antenna low under the front bumper is going to give you all sorts of issues with lost satellites, interference from the engine electrics etc....
The rule for GPS antenna, and come to think of it, ALL antenna mounting is to get as high and clear as possible..

If you really want to mount one at the front, just pop a decent 3M sticky pad on top of the one you get, and use it that way... ... ,-------,
