Gearbox support

This may be a silly question but should the gearbox have some form of rubber mounting between the cross member and the gearbox - looks like it from the photo..

thats a puma I thought exactly the same with mine looks like there should be a rubber boobin or something there

Seems odd I know, but apparently there isn't supposed to be any support here. The holes on my Puma don't quite line up anyway.

LR told me that the cross member is to help stiffen the ladder chasis and help prevent twisting. Nothing to do with the gearbox.
