1st - Spec up new XS USW with hope to get before Christmas, the salesman added the following as extras
* Carpet floor mats
* Metallic Paint
* Locking Wheel Nuts
After almost parting with £1000 for a deposit, to my shock after downloading price list all of the above is standard, adds up to more than the discount they offered, needless to say I am glad I went elsewhere.

2nd - The Defender I bought never had the security card completed, told I could visit any LR dealer and they would give me the codes with proof of ownership. Went to Hunters because local, the crook tried to charge me £10 administration fee for typing my number plate in to his computer! Told them to sod off, phoned LR main number and they were amazed that Hunters were charging since there was no charge to them.
