SSM72436 Transmission Output Shaft TUD500020 Greasing

Just spotted this activity stream on the TOPIx site, but I don't have a subscription to read the detail.
Has anyone got access to TOPIx to see what the document says?

TUD500020 is the part number for the male splined gearbox coupling that has failed on several forum members gearboxes.

I did a search on SSM72436 on the site but it draws a blank.

I am hoping the TOPIx document contains some words indicating a design or build failure that may be useful should mine ever let go !!
