Make sure the earth clamp is tight again.
But first disconnect the battery completely for a few hours. |

Thanks for your reply, I have tightened the new clamp and it's all good. I've not left it off, but I'll trythat tomorrow. Sometimes I get in and it's completely fine so I can't quite get my head around it

I took it to the local specialist this morning. A number of fault codes came up and most of them state lack of signal from various devices. They tried to clear the codes but they kept coming back.
They've suggested it could be wiring, the clocks or the ecu. |

This is the vehicle you're selling is it not with the intention of doing a 3.2 build???
Regardless I would drop Lorryman100 a 'pm' together with the codes you had and see if he would be kind enough to shed a little light on the issue? He has helped many out before! Also invest in a decent code reader, it will be invaluable with this problem and your intended project. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Basically, I was in two minds at the start, wether to do the 3.2 in this or a 110 utility, thw later being more practical for me. But as time has gone on, I'm pretty set on keeping this as I can't find a 110 in budget in the same condition.
Thanks for the pointer though I'll give him a try |
