Best Bumper for WARN ZEON 10-S Platinum Winch
Hello from a new member,

I'm hoping to install a WARN ZEON 10-S Platinum Winch and am looking around on line to try and establish what would be the best quality front winch bumper that would work with this winch ? Are there any particular makes/manufacturers that are noted for quality and strength or are they all much the same ?

Aim is to keep the bumper looking as standard as possible - so as far as possible the same general look and shape as the original bumper. Oh, and its a "with air con" 90.

Thanks,

Question

For 'the best quality' front winch bumper you can't beat Equipe 4x4's modular winch bumper. The quality is obvious to see as soon as you lay eyes on the product. The centre section can be either black or anodised aluminium. The outer sections can be made from numerous thicknesses of steel or aluminium to create the bumper to the customers spec.

You can find out more here > http://trekoverland.com/equipe-4x4-land-ro...0023n.html

You can house two sets of lights in the bumper behind the two grill sections. If at a later date you decide that you just want to have a bumper and not house a winch you can buy a cover plate to turn the winch bumper into the standard Modular Box Bumper.

If you would like any more information about the bumper please give us a call on +44(0)1751 430 693 or email info@trekoverland.com We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about the products.

First off, since Nostromo wanted something that looks as standard as possible, doesn't Mantec do a number for the Zeons now?

With regards to the Trek bumper, that does look nice! Are these as durable as ARB models? They seem to decrease approach angles like the ARB ones?

They are very heavy duty finished with a high quality powder coat. Manufactured from thick steel with anodised aluminium bumper tread tops to act as a step as well as being aesthetically pleasing.

The side sections of the bumper are available in a range of different strengths and weights but we import the 5mm heavy duty steel sides in as standard. Thinner and therefore lighter versions are available such as 3mm steel, 3mm aluminium or 3mm steel but shorter side sections to make the bumper not span the entire width of the car.

Our latest stock supply should be arriving in the next week or so for anyone who is interested. This also includes diff guards, tank guards, wing tops, bumperettes, bonnet protectors and more.

Your Equipe bumper does look very good. Can you supply lighting products and the very nice looking swivel shackles as shown in the photos you've posted ?
