Swingout rear door conversion

Evening all,

Just got my defender double cab pickup back from Gibson Autos after a rear door conversion and they put on a swingout door.
This has made a big difference for my wife accessing the rear tub for shopping etc etc, before she couldn't reach because of the rear drop down tail.

Cant up load the photos Evil or Very Mad

I've just had. Double cab as a courtesy car and thought with a tow ball fitted how awkward it was unloading it was ,
Brilliant idea

Had double cabs for years and years, wish I had done it years ago. Getting a new 130 double cab high capacity might not be so easy on that....

Nice job

Ive just converted mine from swingaway back to drop down Laughing

I hope the price you said included the paint as seems really expensive to me even if it did?
