Red seat belts

Didnt want to hijack the for sale advert here http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic36643.html any more than i had already done, Really liked the idea of the red seat belts. Sparkylee suggested they were available from here http://www.burtonpower.com/securon-retract...oC0pzw_wcB

I just wondered it they were a easy straight swap or if any modifications would be needed to fit these?
