The Tiger is located just outside the village of Vimoutiers, in Northern France. A quick google will show the location. I run a 2.4 (SVX).... No replacement for displacement, you know. 
Genuine, well in the sense that Land Rover put this steering wheel as standard in some of their limited series, yes. (Black Pearl edition, Hunter edition, and Blaser edition. These were all official limited series for Germany/Switzerland. In reality, it is a steering wheel from Startech, Germany. You can order it from them directly with the right boss for any Defender. Their website is www.startech.de. Quite a few people on here have it installed, you can do a search. Not cheap, but you surely get value for your money.
