Green algae on paint?
Right picked up my new to me 90 Td5 this weekend (family owned car) and set about giving it a good clean. However the car has lived in a very damp place and the paint is consequently blotted in certain areas such as around hinges with green specks of what looks like algae. I'll be dammed if I can get it to come off with either pressure washing or scrubbing with a sponge.

Anyone else had this and have some tips for cutting through it without damaging the paint? Unfortunately being a silver truck its very noticeable!

Thanks

Wasn't sure how paintwork would react to something like that. Have you used it on painted areas already?

Use Wet 'n' Forget, you can buy it from Amazon.
Also great for caravans and patios.
