Heater Re-Circulation Lever - Stuck
No doubt it's a common TDCI problem Very Happy

Our heater re-circulation lever is stuck.

I can't say if it's ever moved or not, hubby thinks it has, but I'm not convinced. 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro S Line Plus 184 TDI Stronic

Have you had the radio out? Could be a cable jamming the controls 2008 Defender 110 XS SW - M57N2 / 6HP28X

I've had this. The lever doesn't appear to move very far anyway, but had in this case pushed the end of the cable off of the operating lever. Middle part of the dash had to come out and the heater control, from there it was a bit fiddly to re attach. Now I don't force it and it's been fine. Thumbs Up I started with nothing and still have most of it left!

Either jammed by a cable or bent.
