Getting away with it.
The RAC has done a survey on how motorists see their chances of getting caught whilst committing motoring offences here

Whereas I tend to take such surveys with the proverbial pitch of salt, what interested me was the percentage of people who think they are extremely likely to be caught and those who thought they were extremely unlikely to be caught.

Figures for speeding and running red lights jump out for me but that's probably due to the number of cameras on roads and at junctions.
