As far as I know you cant by law have remote stop , any tracker having remote stop can only be done the 1st time its switched off then it can be remotely disabled
Only system that I know of is the run lock system , and that stops engine as some the handbrake is released and cant be restarted as there are no keys left in it or the driver has fob on there belt that is a imoblizer chip system but you have to be there to start it in the first place
