If changing the headlight switch is easy, can someone give me an idiots guide to doing it please. I can find any reference in the Haynes book for fitting a new one.

Unscrew the column cowls and remove then unplug the switch. Unscrew the nut holding the switch to the column (I think it's about a 13/14mm) pull switch out and then do the reverse to put it back together.

Rang Landranger Deeside 4x4 regarding fitting a new switch Saturday morning , no problem they said come along and I'll fit it for you. Switch fitted in no time, what excellent service, can't recomend them enough! If you need parts and help they are top class !!!

While i was there someone else came in with the same problem, all lighting went !and he'd just been pulled by the police fortunately he was only a mile from home and they let him off.
