Having bought my heated mirror elements from Mudstuff over a year ago, I have finally got them installed and working.
I was never happy with the way that others went about the install, so I came up with my own way. As usual, I've documented it all on my blog in case anyone else can benefit from my experiences http://defender90xs.blogspot.co.uk/2014/10...ation.html http://defender90xs.blogspot.co.uk/ |

Thanks for the comments guys. I don't really write these as a guide, more to show the modifications are done with care and consideration, so if anyone wants more detail, please ask.
Mdm, it would probably be handier for me to order a couple of spare arms to modify at my lesuire. I think they are only £9 each including delivery. bpman - you are right but I've had the Defender for 18 months now and haven't really missed them. I keep it in the garage at night so I would need a really cold day to get daytime frost in the work car park. I hope I do get to test them this winter along with the hearted front screen which hasn't really been used in anger either. http://defender90xs.blogspot.co.uk/ |

First class write up. Excellent ideas, It's just way too much work for me, I am always at work, I just wouldn't have the time to do it. You ought to do these things for a living but you are so good at it the bill would probably be massive 110 Hardtop
