Removing cross member
I need to remove the cross member that the rear seat mounts are fixed to. This is to rivet and seal on some 2mm aluminium plate to cover over some corrosion holes.

Is it just 8 bolts to remove and can I refit with the additional thickness of the plate? Also the bolts look very corroded: on the ones in the photo what's best for removal? I appreciate it may be easier to plate inside, but seems the less tidy solution.
