12 go to the Lakes
Its time for our next trip to the Lakes, Monday and Tuesday, think I forgot to order the sunshine Shocked Shocked Give us a wave if you see us on the M74, M6 or around cumbria, 4 defenders, a D3 and a Freebie.

We plan to do the best of the bunch from our last two trips and stay over with Joe at the Hydro in Windermere. Its been a long time coming, can't wait.

I'll post route details once we are back. 2015 RRS Autobiography SDV6

Can't wait, it'll be a great couple of days if the last 2 trips are anything to go by.

Hi - just a reminder of the hierarchy of trail routes Green Road code of conduct - a code designed to maintain the sustainability of lanes in the LDNP.

We are all very responsible when doing these lanes. The routes are planned in advance and we always restrict the number of vehicles to ensure minimal disruption to the area during our visit ie local traffic, lanes. We always travel on a Monday & Tuesday to stay clear of weekend travellers.

We all have a passion for Land Rovers and a bit of fun of course, we are not nutters and we are very clear on the do's & don'ts.

Just in case there's any insinuations Wink 2007 Defender Puma Tonga Green

No insinuations whatsoever and I have neither a platform or reasons to preach. However I count six cars, and the sensibly negotiated code recommends up to four which makes good sense to me primarily to reduce the impact on other users. Cheers. JB
