In my experience roundabouts tend to wear the front near side tyre more (in Countries where we drive on the correct side of the road that is).

A partcular problem round my neck of the woods in Stevenage, as with any new town, it's roundabout city Mr. Green MAD COW

You should not swap tyres between sides. Front to back is ok. Puma 110" SW

My RR classic used to wear the outside of the NSF and inside of the OSF tyres - never had a problem with the old Michelin M+S tyres (which were rock solid and used to last for 40,000 miles + on the back) but the horrible Pirelli Scorpions were dreadful.

I was talking to someone who ran Defender 90s towing large trailers, and although the tyres lasted them for ages, they had the same issue - we agreed it might be a combination of UK road camber and roundabouts... 1953 80

All tyres you should move the fronts forward and the rears across and back.

BFG recommend that

Evens up wear increases longevity etc Mike
