What's rusting?

Bolts? You shouldn't be seeing much steel behind trim?

Inside - Behind the panels in the rear, where the speakers are. Under the floors mats, under the rear load space mats.

Outside - Rear steps, side steps, window frame, rear sliding window locks, door locks, row of unpainted rivets (110 SW), under the external capping as well as under the bonnet.

that's the stuff but in grease form , you can get it in spray can

to be honest I think your hard pushed to beat waxoyl in some places , spray it in the crack and joints then use a hairdryer (something not too hot ) let the waxoyl melt in to joints and wipe excess off , when it cools it will seal the joint and as you wipe round your get a slight coating on and around what your spraying (as neat waxoyl get be a bit thick sprayed straight on something )

looks like the rust patches you got on the pic are from drilling swarf maybe after something was added , hoover out after drilling or spray with anti rust if swarf drops to wear to cant get at it

Thanks for the tip. Yep, hoovered everything we drilled. I will now be using the spray after hoovering on the rest of the install. Top advice.

make sure you have ordered the right stuff as some suppliers call normal acf-50 corrosion block

acf is in pinkish cans
corrosion block is in blue cans and not as easy to get

top job there, i really like the sockets you have added for easy access to USB and the 12v in the back, i can see that coming in very handy for camping trips and the like, im wanting to do something very similar but am thinking of using a BEP VSR for the split charge, the only thing stopping me at the moment is getting my head around swapping the OEM 110ah for 2 Odyssey 1500's..i think they are 68ah each or something giving 136ah combined. it should be enough for my needs but im hoping i can have a brainwave and figure out a way of fitting more capacity without using luggage space for the batteries. Thumbs Up top job though! i also think them brackets for the fusebox look really good.
