When I see selling points like this:
"which can split along the welds through fatigue"
I often wonder if they actually do Wink
Not knocking the product at all, I just wonder... Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

That is my original (probably getting on for five years old) Allisport intercooler, now replaced with their even bigger latest spec intercooler Mr. Green

I don't think the original was up to the increased boost of my VNT turbo upgrade Laughing

....for clarification i would still recommend Allisport Thumbs Up

God - hope my new one can cope with the turbo...
Was there any kind of warranty left on it? Tell someone you love them today because life is short.

I have been informed by Andrew at Allisport that the new intercooler is of a far superior design to my old one which has failed, it certainly seems a nicer bit of kit Bow down

You must remember my original intercooler had been fitted for well over six years and probably 80,000 miles Very Happy I don't think I have much to complain about..... Thumbs Up

With the new one fitted I have got back all the performance and more Thumbs Up , very happy thank you Allisport Bow down

The problem with a lot of the intercoolers on the market (UK made and European) is that they all run cheap cores. None of them make cores in house and instead buy them in... and most of the time from China.

I love the fact that some companies state made in the UK.... but really it only applies to the end tanks. And some of the end tank designs are far from ideal.

Having tried virtually every other brand on the market, in the end I worked with PWR to develop a product I was actually happy to sell!

Bearing in mind that PWR make the intercoolers and charge coolers for virtually every single Fi team, for virtually every WRC team, most NASCARS and for Porche (high power models)..... They do know a thing or two about cooling!

By using a more efficient core, size and volume can be reduced leading to increased drivability.
