| caravaning in spain site recommendations needed | |
planning a trip to northern spain/bottom end of france with the caravan (might tent it)
can anybody recommended a nice camp site, must be child friendly, close to the beach and within easy reach of towns etc

We did a 2 week roadtrip down through the west of France and into Spain a couple of years ago with the Defender and rooftent. Found plenty of good campsites and one in the North of Spain I would definitely recommend is Vilanova Park which is close to Barcelona and a local beach, we ended up staying there 3 nights.

It is very child friendly and the local beach is sandy and safe for swimming. Great for day trips into Barcelono too.
