I spent some time yesterday travelling from Anglesea to Cardiff ... decided to take the roads rather than the motorway, had a pleasant drive down the 470, makes you realize just what a beautiful country Wales really is.
I plan to go back to Snowdonia national park - absolutely amazing landscape |

Excellent photos, N Wales in good weather just can not be beaten.
I regularly drive Chester to Broadhaven (Pembrokeshire) it a hard 4 hours drive but i would not swap it for the horrific 4 hours on M6 A14 M11 etc which I have also done hundreds of times. Did it late last night in the dark so missed the scenery, hopefully back home on Friday in the daylight. If ever there was ever a country designed for a Defender it is Wales. Wish I'd named Strata aswell now but wasn't 100%, loads of roads look like that. That could equally be the road up past Nant y Moch |
