The Best 4x4xFar
As some of you may be aware I had my new defender attacked at the beginning of this month.

One of the parts needed is on back order and has an estimated delivery of 9 weeks. This caused me a major problem as I need the use of a 4x4 to work. I was faced with the prospect of paying £335 a week for a 4x4 rental however LR have stepped in and saved the day.

Dan Courbold at LR Customer Relations has done all the leg work and very, very kindly organised for me to have the use of another Land Rover until my Defender is repaired.

I got a call from my wife yesterday asking if I was expecting another LR as one had just turned up!

This is why I have been with LR through 5 Defenders, a Discovery 3, a RRS, and a FFRR for the last 15 or so years. The local main dealer, Copley Land Rover, are first rate and their service department is second to none. They have gone over and above for me on this and on many other occasions.

This is what I call customer service!

A very big thank you to Land Rover Customer Relations for organising this.
