Probably a bit late to jump in on this one.. But it might help.
I've been using full air on my 90 for 7 years now with no regrets. I used RR Classic air bags, which fit straight onto the axle casings. A small spacer ring was fitted to the top spring mount to allow the air bags to fit without cutting the original mounts. I uprated the rear anti roll bar, fitted rancho adjustable shocks all round (the front ones are fitted to a twin shock mount kit to relocate the shock to fit alongside the air bags), and the whole lot is controlled by a ridetech ridepro e2 system. The system has level sensors so you can preset three different ride heights and adjust each bag individually.

I wasn't cheap, but I use mine for my work, siting static caravans and twin unit lodges so the benefits outweighed the time and expense involved.

Pretty straight forward... I had the spacer rings for the top spring mounts cnc cut at a local engineers. I think they were amount 12mm thick. The front shock mounts are just a twin mount kit using just the outer mount. The classic air bags fitted straight on to the axles, they even had the locating holes stamped into the spring mounts. The control gear was bought as a package with very good install info, plus the ridetech website is full of air ride info. The only other thing is if you use classic air bags then std height shocks have to be used to limit the travel of the air bags. I also fitted the classic lse bump stops as they are a bit softer for when you want to go for that 'slammed' look. Wink Sometimes the ride height misses the preset, but I put it down to suspension 'bind' as I am using polybushes. Choosing the preset once on the move usually sorts this.

This is all very good reading and this maybe a couple of silly questions.
Are there any problems with propshafts sliding joint length at extreme points of suspension travel,
Steering draglink, brake flexy hoses. ect.
The idea of a slammed landy for novelity sakes does seem interesting rather than 4 foot of the ground.
Or looking like something out of mad max. if you know what I mean
Forgot to add if it gets me into a multy story car park it would be worth the money, come on warranty run out soon.

The very best of good fortune to those who go down the inflationary road, but one of the main reasons I sold the Disco 2 was because of expensive problems with the air suspension. Although they are completely different vehicles no regrets changing to the 110 CSW, and no significant difference in the ride - certainly none which would justify a mod. But - each to his own. One wife - livid

If you keep the shocks at std length then everything still operates within the original tolerances that are there with the std springs. I regularly have to operate mine with the front at max height and the rear at minimum height for manoeuvring/siting static caravans and I have never had any problems with props or brake hoses.

As for the slamming idea, it looks great when you dump all the air out, but the ride is a bit firm Laughing But it has helped me get under certain obstacles. I'm not keen on the mad max look either.

The key to a successful set up is attention to detail on the installation. Making sure the air lines are never going to get damaged by rubbing on other parts of the vehicle or each other. Double check everything through the complete scope of the suspension and steering travel. Use plenty of sealant on threaded connections and make sure all the wiring is fitted to as close to oe std as possible. Oh don't forget to declare the modification with insurance! Mine has so many mods, another one didn't seem to be a problem. Good luck Thumbs Up

I have run accuair with my 2012 110XS for a year, stock height feels the same as springs, most use is access height for carparks. It has self levelling system so the vehicle stays same level no matter the load. When I am camping on uneven ground, I can adjust each spring individually so my roof top tent is level.
