If it's a standard bolt type - just buy a HT one the same size from a local engineering supplies.

most seat belt bolts have a special thread ( normally very fine / pitch ) , so you cant fit the wrong weaker bolt

Apparently, nearly all seat belt bolts are 7/16th UNF still.
