The lowest profile bumper I could find comes from TUFF

Have been watching this from a way off and must say looking at that bumper has really spurred me on to make my own.

Will get the chalk out and a laptop and do a sketch and start a thread soon I think Very Happy

Making one yourself is a nice project Thumbs Up

After installing this bumper I am amazed that almost all bumpers just place the winch before or below the chassis instead of between.

Here's another pic during install.

I know, have always wandered why when they went from series 3 to defender the winch suddenly became an overhang rather than a interior feature. Suppose they thought because the radiator grill moved forward as winches get bigger and more powerful there would be no demand.

Don't suppose you have a photo of the tray itself do you?

Also I love your mug, very cool. Thumbs Up

I made more pictures, but cant find them now.

However I found the original thread that inspired me, plenty of pictures there.

Pouf had the first one made and documented it here http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic12989.html?start=30 Martin
