Well I knew one day S.H.M.B.O. would start reading this forum and thing would come up and bit my rear end. Sad

Given instruction this afternoon about cleaning out the inside of all the bits of stone, dead leaves, general dust and the result of having no ash tray. Rolling Eyes

I would like to thank Mr Dyson for the clever little tools that he supplied SHMBO they made the job easier. Bow down Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place,
so it doesn't take much to Censored us off.

You Call that Sad Embarassed

Mine gets a wax and sealer weekly normally! plus I don't skip the exhaust Laughing

Well worth it though as when you do it regularly it doesnt take much to clean, or that long. Defender puma dormobile camper

Looks great, nice and shiny.
I love cleaning cars, to have a Defender normally means it's mucky most of the time, mine gets a wash if it gets muddy, sometimes I just spray the underneath and wheel arches so that the mud doesn't build up underneath!
I use a polish with ptfe, after 3 coats it stays clean for ages, the water just runs off.

Hi you have a very nice 110, I like the bits you have done to it. I would really advise not to use a sponge though. They hold the grit and scratch. Using a good shampoo (meguirs gold class) with a wash mitt and two buckets, one with soapy water and one with just hot water, rising the mitt in the water bucket before putting it in soapy bucke will really help keep the scratching.
