Is this normal?

When at decent speed around 70mph and above, as i push the accelerator or take my foot off slightly i get a low reverberating noise,
Anyone else had this?
Its a 110 Double Cab puma

2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Manual Stornoway Grey

Yep, mines in the dealers this week to try and sort it out.

Looks as though the problem is caused by handbrake heating, expanding and then just snagging the transmission. Will report back when I get it back later in the week.
