Chile 2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Stornoway Grey
Klymit Insulated Static V Inflatable Sleeping Pad
Hi there

Any experiences with this kind of sleeping pads?

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ANRW7D...d_i=507846

I will be with my family in the Altiplano in the summer at almost 13,000 ft and I would like to know if someone here have experiences in camping with temperatures below freezing point. I already have sleeping bags for below -15°C and a 4 season tent...

Cheers! Eduardo

Hi Eduardo

I currently use an Exped Downmat UL 7 M, as seen here www.ultralightoutdoorgear.co.uk/.../downma...ar-p107...

Highly recommended for sub-zero camping, just don't use it on rough ground! I use a normal foam mat underneath as a protector. Rated to -27 degrees C. I think Idea Chris
