United Kingdom 2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Stornoway Grey
Agree! Laughing ^^^^

With a bracket bonded with Sikaflex that would stay intact and the rest of the vehicle would rot around it. Someone would probably retain the bracket and VIN and rebuild a new/old vehicle around it. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!!

2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Keswick Green
I have fitted a military type metal snorkel with mushroom type head for my puma 2.4 and it works fine. Ideal when you go through tree branches etc, highly unlikely to get cracked or damaged compare to Mantec plastic type.

I have tried to fully block the upper end of the snorkel to see whether the engine stops but never, resulting only a dash light illumintaion i guess due to less air supply to the engine but later it went off. I have heard it works with 300 or 200tdi but why not with puma?
