in any condition, and a rubbing type vibrating noise, im very warey and is looking to sort it, but nobody has found the problem

Jimmyfibbs, If as you state you have a "08 Station Wagon Defender with a Puma engine that is only 3 months old" you will also be only too well aware that you have a significant amount of the original 36 month warranty remaining! Take it into Land Rover and insist they have a detailed look at it. No need for mate's assistance. With a rubbing type vibrating noise there will be a strong likelihood of witness marks somewhere! The dealership will fall over themselves to assist as they get paid anyway! No, I have had no problems with mine and the above would be the course of action I would take and insist upon having shelled out so much of my hard-earned! I have thought about it and yes i am going to see Land Rover about the warranty, i just want know what the problem is for future knowledge and to sort it if any problems persist, this is my first Land Rover as of my knowledge of these vehicles and is trying to learn as much as possible.

By the time you're warranty has ran out, I reckon you will have a good idea of what you need to Know....in the mean time any issues take it straight to L/R  NEVER TAKE LIFE SERIOUSLY. NOBODY GETS OUT ALIVE ANYWAY |

As mentioned get it back to the dealer. They will also supply you with a replacement vehicle whilst yours is in for repair, if they dont have one spare Land Rover Assistance will provide you with one through the SIPS system (I think thats what its called)

thanks for posting guys
i am going to Land Rover on Monday to sort it out, and hopefully will go smoothly, i checked to see if the problem was still present and yes it is  i just hope it doesnt  up when im driving there, i just thought it would be easier to bring the LR itself down there so this problem is dealt with asap. I will give you feedback to what has happened! |
