Just check whether the diff lock is partially engaged without the dash light.!

Gobsmacked to here they changed a transfer box without ruling out diffs first; and then someone else gets refused a warranty claim on rusty side steps.

Does nobody ever do genuine logic-based fault finding now?

If I was LR I'd make dealer pay for the transfer swap to try and teach them to do things correctly next time. Hitting them in the wallet may be the only way to get them to consider changing their ways.

I just want it fixed. I said to them from the start are they sure it's not the diff, but your in the main dealers hands

Still waiting to hear what they plan to do next
