I have my BAS, but how the?????
Ok so im probably being a plonk but i have my bas interface and the instructions say at this point you must not have the bas tool connected to your pc but then it says locate the saved file-bas-3.66ex. How do i get this file?? am i missing a cd or something???

Right I asume you bought it direct from pete have you taken the standard file from your defender if so you need to load it to your computer then send it to pete for him to do his magic

Steve 2015 2.2 tdci hardtop xs
3.2 conversion DONE 238bhp and 707nm torque and thats just the start ;-P
hybrid turbo in build -done ready to fit
ashcroft atb in transfer box
6 speed auto in build

Sorry for the confusion, the instructions need updating of which i can only say sorry for.

Download and install while the tool is NOT connected to the usb bas3.90 software from here.

Once installed you can connect the usb
Let windows auto find the driver.
Open the new BAS icon on your desktop.
Link
Read original and save as per the info on the rear of the box.
