scuffing noise on switch off
Hi lads. My puma's engine makes a short grating noise when I switch it off.I can't really describe it but it's a kind of scuffing noise for a second before it comes to a complete stop. Is it normal?. Thanks,

Same of mine.

2 or 3 scuffs for a second or 2, Looks like a giratory piece that don't stop inmediately and continues to work by inertia. I didnt care too much about it, but it is good to know that other have the same.

Cheers Eduardo

Same sort of noise with mine, together with some heavy shuddering. I'm with Eduardo. Too many other things with it to worry about.

Same with mine. Assumed, as it is not intermittent, it is normal. Not had an explanation as to what it is. Another noise to consider is the one that sounds like a brief starter motor noise just after engine fires when starting up. Informed that it is the ABS modulator and is normal, although the odd time it doesn't occur.

Have the same noise with mine, put it down as a quirk of the Lanny. Cogito ergo sum

I think these are two different things. Once the engine is at full stop, I get 3 double clinks. Puma 110" SW
