Was very disappointed when I collected my new Defender.

Car not prepared, not cleaned, still had manufacturing stickers and writing on windscreen, kept me waiting over an hour. Very shoddy customer service.

Couldn't hang about whilst they resolved the issues, as I needed to be 200 miles away in 4 hours!

Wouldn't use them again. Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

A client of mine bought a used 110DC from them a month or so back and said the service was good. Rolling Eyes

Conwy Land Rover, now there is a shower of Censored !

I wasn't overly impressed with the end result I got from them.

They were a bit slow booking my Defender in "We have a slot in a week but because it is soo busy around that time we aren't too sure if we can finish the job"

The repair wasn't of the highest standard...... it doesn't take much effort to heat-shrink cables rather than scraggly bits of insulation tape.

But this was over 2 years ago.

Is this the LR dealership in Aberystwyth? They sorted my driver's window that had falled down the slot, one Saturday morning, without any appointment. Thought they were great.

BTW I left my dog asleep on the back seat, and after they drove it round for me to get in, I said "did the dog trouble you?", "what dog" they said! She had slept through the whole repair! Laughing
